As Shanky Mentioned Verify your Min and Max settings under SQL Server Memory options. Make sure the Running values and Configured Values are same. See what you have set for Max and compare with what is being used. If you have not set anything, Restrict
it to something like 8GB(based on your requirement) and restart SQL Services.
